We are a couple slowly cruise our way around Oz in an old renovated Leyland Viking Coach towing our Suzuki 4x4. We have a little rough coat Jack Russell dog travelling with us. His name is SYD.

Welcome to Derek and Karen's travel blog. We hope you will enjoy following our journey around Australia the slow way. We went to the Pumpkin Festival on Sunday, about 20k's North East of Tamworth.
This is apparently the biggest pumpkin in Australia. Weighing in at 518kg. That is without the kid on top.
